berkeley square

mayfair, london

Andy Sturgeon Design worked closely with Piercy & Company to create an immersive landscape experience in the heart of Mayfair. A series of stepped terraces form the backbone of the Portland Stone clad building, resulting in a landscape that echoes the cliffs of the Isle of Portland.

Human interaction with nature, or biofilia as its known, has proven benefits including improving mental health, productivity, and creativity, all of which are key in an urban office environment. This innate attraction to nature played a key part in the layout of this design. The landscape will provide views of greenery both from within and from outside of the development. This along with flowing, well connected architecture will lead to an immersive and active landscape for all to enjoy.
