A historic restoration including a new garden and grounds. We have reworked the approach to the Grade II* house to restore its setting within parkland and have cleared views to the sea. A new terraced prairie garden has been created within an ornamental walled garden and a discreet swimming pool was included. The large kitchen garden has now been restored and we have reworked the overall infrastructure to include paths to outlying tennis courts, and the coastal path.
We have worked closely with the local authority, English Heritage and archaeologists during the process.
