Planning approved for 130 Fenchurch Street

The City of London Corporation has granted unanimous planning approval for the redevelopment at 130 Fenchurch Street.

The new design has a a sculpted, staggered façade with a distinctive crown over the top floors. Here Andy Sturgeon Design will create a sky-high garden on level 17, and a viewing gallery and public terrace at level 20. The gardens will create a visual dialogue with the neighbouring roof garden at 120 Fenchurch Street and contribute to the evolving city skyline.

As well as gardens at various levels within the building, within the public realm at street level there will be improved access for pedestrians with enhanced, green connections and biodiverse open spaces between the surrounding streets.
