planning permission granted for grade II listed house and garden in Kent

We have recently been granted planning permission for a large garden in the hamlet of Ivy Hatch in Kent. The House is a charming Grade II listed home dating form the 18th century, which sits within a large well established garden of around 0.75 acres.

The proposed landscape creates various different gardens and spaces which encourage you to experience the whole garden and its different characters. A modern parterre garden includes an informal fire pit and BBQ area. A set of wide lawn steps take you from the parterre down to the main garden and then around to the dining terrace and lounge area. The materials are rich and warm and compliment the building façade details. The planting styles for each area are individual to add to the unique character of each of the garden spaces.
